Return & Refund Policy

At OfficeCart.com.bd, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality office stationery and supply products. We understand that issues can arise, mistakes can happen, and occasionally, clients may not be fully satisfied with their online purchases. If you need to return a product, please follow the guidelines outlined below:

  • Customers should check all packages and enclosed merchandise/product at the time they are delivered. This will help us to identify and promptly handle any problems that may occur with your order. Your invoice number can be found in the upper right hand corner of the invoice.
  • If you don’t have the original shipping label, sign in to your account, select the order, and print an “Easy Returns Receipt” to attach before returning..
  • Once your return package is ready, Please write to us via email. (support@officecart.com.bd) or contact our Hot Line: +8801343920084 to arrange for the collection of the return item from your office premises. We will schedule the pickup within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can drop off the return package at our nearest warehouse.
  •  When returning the item, please ensure that you attach the shipping label that came with it.
  • Shortages and defective products must be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and returned within 3 working days of the delivery date. - Damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective (faulty or malfunctioning) products should be refused by the customer and reported to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery.10% restocking fee will be applied to orders with the wrong item.
  • OfficeCart.com.bd does not charge any restocking or service fees for returning or replacing damaged or defective products.

Money back for returned products:

Once we receive your returned item, our customer service team will notify you immediately and provide you with a tracking number via SMS and email. Our Return Specialist will promptly inspect the returned merchandise and update you on the status of your refund. If your returned item is approved for reimbursement, we will initiate the refund using your original payment method or credit card. If a promotional voucher was used for the purchase, refunds will be issued as an "Office Cart Voucher" for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases on our website. Please note that our Return Specialist typically inspects the returned product within 48 hours of receiving the package. Once approved, the credit will be applied to the payment method used for the original order. Keep in mind that some credit cards may take an additional 5-10 days for the credit to appear in your account. For customers who paid in advance, please allow up to 15 days for the credit to be processed upon return.

If you are a "Cash on Delivery" customer, you have the privilege of refusing and returning the product immediately if you find that it is damaged (physically destroyed or broken), defective (faulty or malfunctioning), incorrect (does not match the presentation on the website), or incomplete (missing parts).
